Edventure is running holiday sessions designed for Kiwi kids aged 8 to 13.

At Edventure, we're running jam packed, action filled, safe, outdoor education holiday programmes crafted to get your kids "up and at-em" over the school holidays. Aligned with the national curriculum, we've planned a range of day trips and activities, so your kids can have new experiences, keep learning and get outside these holidays.

2.PONIES R US

 

Ponies R Us is a safe and friendly environment to learn to ride in.

We provide one 2 one tuition for total beginners and small group lessons once the basic skills of riding are established.

We provide safe ponies to learn on or bring your own pony along to join the fun.

Holiday programs are held during the school holidays, which include day and half day sessions.

4.OTOROHANGA KIWI HOUSE AND NATIVE BIRD PARK

 

For a truly authentic New Zealand nature experience don't go past the Otorohanga Kiwi House in the heart of the North Island. It's just 15 minutes from the world-famous attractions of Waitomo's Glowworm Caves, Black Water Rafting and cave eco-tours.

The Kiwi House & Native Bird Park is owned and operated by the Otorohanga Zoological Society Inc. – a non-profit organisation dedicated to the conservation of New Zealand's native wildlife through education, display and breeding programs.

We welcome New Zealand and international guests and offer concessions for schools and other interest groups

Eager to provide fun, adventure and activities for the kids over the holidays? Check out our handy School Holiday Programme Providers table for programs in your local area.

Make enquiry directly with each provider regarding their focus --- primary and/or intermediate school children --- for whom they may have created programmes, games and activities. Many of these providers also provide Before School and After School care during the school terms.
